Hi Hari

Does it say anything in the logs? Check the output of god -V and see if you've got an event system, if you have then I suspect there may be an error with one of your monitors - did you use just these here?

When i try starting the god process i get the following error:

The server is not available (or you do not have permissions to access it)

Any ideas?

Hey thanks buddy nice post... I found it very useful I have one doubt, I have configured god with notifying by mails if process exit and starts.

But its returning me error when running in -D mode, running fine with service god start but mail are not coming, can you have any idea why its not coming.

error : The server is not available (or you do not have permissions to access it)
